Extensions Export & Import Error after upgradation to MAy 2023 patch 4 version

Hi Team,

Recently we upgraded qliksense from nov 2021 to may 2023 patch 4 version and we are facing export/import error with extensions.Can't able to download using root admin access and also service account.

IS this bug or any other issue related to upgradation?

Can you check if extension folder is available

to get the path of extension folder go to QMC > service cluster -> static content root folder -> Extensions
