Failed to contact Qlik Sense license server

Hi,

Recently installed Qlik Sense on our server and when entering the License Information I get the following message:

I've tried removing the internet security settings and no joy (using google chrome), I can navigate to web pages on this server.

I assume the field marked Serial Number is where I put the License Key?

Any help appreciated.

I went to this site and entered the LEF details manually:
