Finding the Hostname and domain of a Qlik Sense Enterprice server

I'm trying to connect with python to an Qlik Sense enterprice environment just to experiment a bit.

within the documentation of the Python library I uses, I see that you need to have the following things

- Hostname:

- Domain

I've searched but can't seem to find where I can locate those within the QMC or via the Qlik Sense loadscript.

is there a way to get that information?
