For server 2016, qlik logging service service on the local computer could not be started.

Hello friends,

system server 2016. Stopped due to a qlick hub error running on the server and the program was updated again. When the service started, he gave the following error.

Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request regularly.

"ServicesPipeTimeout has been updated to 18000 .."
