Grant Access to CSV files in Qlik Sense Space

Hopefully this is in the correct forum - pls feel free to move if not.

Is it possible (and how) to grant access to 3rd party tools, to Qlik Sense Spaces?

Use Case:

I produce a CSV (from a load script), saving it to a Qlik Sense space and want to consume file in an on-prem Python/SAS/SQL Server install for use in further data wrangling or analysis.
