How to set to allow anonymous access to reports

Now already develop one report with Qlik sense , then deploy the report to Qlik Sense Enterpise , Qlik build a URL

 for this report ,like this [ https://win-matun6ltt7e/single/?appid=0501b46a-f2ce-49b1-97c7-be283f04b856&sheet=9634cda6-de53-4b22-... ]

I Share this link with others , but when he request this URL with chrome browser ， Qlik sense return 【 You don't have certification】

I just wana to allow anonymous access to this report .

Somebody tell me how to do,  it's make me crazy.
