Also you say, "I can use http://localhost:4848/hub." in PDF. What's mean is it?
Do you try to open Sense with browser? You have to run Sense when you want to open Sense application with browser. Or have you installed another Qlik Sense beta?
Qlik Sense is desktop application. Generally, You open the application into Sense screen like following.
Hi tea - up in this post a PDF was posted with some screenshots. What happens is that a local browser can be used to access Sense - using http://localhost:4848/hub - which means that Sense IS starting the services appropriately- but the Sense application wrapper that houses Sense as a stand-alone application is not working.
I have note seen this before, I will have our PM team look at this one.

Looked on the screen, I am wondering if you tried to right click->Run as Administrator? And after you click do you have 3 services running in Windows Task Manager?
If after you clicked, you have the services running, but program is not pop-up and you don't get any error message.
Can you please check if you have error message in Windows System log or Application log? Or if you could share to us in .evxt format.
Another thing, Right click on your desktop Sense icon and double check if the path is set correctly to C:\Users\ <USER>\AppData\Local\Programs\Qlik\Sense\QlikSense.exe

There is one thing that you can try if the Qlik Sense Browser does not start:
1. Go to C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Temp, where xxx is your user name.
2. In that folder, look for all folders with a name that starts with QlikSenseBrowser (most likely, there will be two folder that matches the criteria, QlikSenseBrowser1.0* and QlikSenseBrowserCache).
3. Delete them (don't worry, the folders will be created again next time Qlik Sense Desktop starts).
4. Start Qlik Sense Desktop again.
