In Operation Monitor, Task overview is not loading with correct failure value.

Hi, I'm using the QlikSense. Under Operation Monitor, In Task Overview we have reload failures, it showing some value. but that value is not matching exactly with correct failures. for eg. If I click last failure, its showing like only 4 or 5, but failure is more than that particular number. Anyone can help me out this.

Hi @balajibc64,

Sorry but I don't understand what your describing. Can you provide greater clarity along with some screen captures to help me understand better? Thanks!

Hi @Chip_Matejowsky Sure, In Qlik Sense, Operation Monitor data not loading properly. Under Governance --> Monitoring Apps --> Operation Monitor --> Task Overview (Reload failure count is not matching).  For eg. Last month having failures, but when I filter its showing very less count.

Hi @balajibc64

By any chance is this a multi-node environment? If that is the case was the app configured properly ?

The best option, since you are already seeing problems, would be to reconfigure the app (delete QVD's and reimport and fully reconfigure)

The following articles describe the steps, if you have a multi-node environment follow the section that describes how to configure the apps for that scenario:

Recreate Apps

Configure Apps

Hope it helps.
