In Qliksense, can we send notifications to Users after every reload in form of mail?

No, we dont have NPrinting. Let me go thru the link you share, may be it can help.

Qlik Sense does not have a notification email system for failed tasks, if that's what you are requesting,
If you need to send out reports based on the applications via email, then Qlik NPrinting is the solution for you.

Like MD explain, Np but same time in the video it has about Qlik Web connector SMTP ( formally known Qlik Notification connector), this is a workaround for now, since by default QS does not have a email notification system. However, Qlik Web connector SMTP you can accomplish the same, and it free for that connector, but do know since it free, you cannot get Qlik Support assistance if you are having issues for that product use.
