Yes, we do have a feature request ID: 1027- "Disable or hide dev hub in Qlik-Sense", product team still working on implementing it.

No, there is currently no configuration to disable dev-hub.

In enterprise deployments you can typically block the dev-hub URL at a proxy or loadbalancer level, making it impossible to access by users.

There is not way to fully block or disable it, but there is a way to block access rights:

Tnx, they have only read rights, i suspect to block it  entirely will come in the future.

The exactly solution depends on the network device that enables blocking the URLs, but attached you can find a example of how this can be done in AWS. I hope this at least clarifies the principle.
