Hi @balajibc64
The Qlik JIRA connector lets you fetch data from your JIRA projects and project issues and load it into your Qlik Sense or QlikView apps.
Supported offerings
- Qlik Sense Desktop
- Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows
- QlikView
This connector must be installed separately.

Hi @Chetan_MN Sure. Issue is I can't upload the screenshot. I don't have access from my organization. Let me mentioned the below steps.
1. Open new app from Qlik Sense HUB
2. Click on the Data Editor load
3. Create a new connections under Data connection
4. Then choose the JIRA connector
5. In this gave the our JIRA BASE URL https://jira.XXX.com.qa/ then gave username and pwd.
6. Clicking on the Test connection, then facing the error
Below is the message.
Failed on attempt 1 to GET. (The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.)
We are using Qlik Sense 2023 Version. JIRA is on premise.
Directly JIRA URL we can able to access from the Qlik Sense server.
Please suggest.

@Ajay_Ananthnarayan Thanks for your link. So which one I need to use. Because ours is JIRA on Premise not cloud. I think if not cloud API tokens it wont work.
Shall I want to use REST Connector?
