Licensing for performance tests in Sense

If a customer owns login licenses and wants to run performance tests. He plans to run a stress tests with 100 concurrent users. Will this consume 10 login licenses ?

That would make the stress testing very expensive !...

If you use login access, correct, because 1 token will deliver 10 login access, each with 1 hour.
