Make old central node become rim node in new cluster

I'm migrating a single-node cluster from one server to a new machine. After that, I want the old server to be a rim-node in the new machine's new cluster. Is there a way of converting my old central node to become a rim-node, or is it better/faster/easier to uninstall the qlik installation on the old machine, and reinstall as a new rim node?

Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows, February 2024 patch 1.

@henrikalmen yeah I would just start fresh and setup as a new rim node.

Agree with @David_Friend .  It may be easier to just start from scratch. There is a backup/import procedure in the help docs to help with that.

I can think of a few reasons to move a central node, but what is your reason for moving the central node?

The reason is that the current machine is old and not in its best shape. But I could make use of it as a rim node, e.g for some reloads.

Uninstall and then fresh install as rim node seems to be the way to go.
