No access to report with allocated analyzer access (SLK Key with both proffesional and analyzer access)

luohda_0-1683812745046.png

We used to have 10 professional access. In Feb. 2023 we updated with the new SLK Key, with 10 professional and 5 analyzer accesses.

The 10 professional tokens work as before, but the new 5 analyzer tokens dont work. The user allocated with analyzer access can open hub, can see the streams, but when he opens one report, the error comes "you have no access to Qlik Sense". In QMC the login timestamp of the user is also not updated to the "last used" field, meaning, when a analyzer allocated user is loged in, the in-use analyzer access is always 0, and the last-used field is always empty.

We have analyzer access rules, just like the professional access rules.

We have tried with log out and log in again, log in in in-private browser, non of this worked.

The server has internet access.

I have also read other solution posts:

You cannot access Qlik Sense because you have no a... - Qlik Community - 1715138

and

You cannot access Qlik Sense because you have no a... - Qlik Community - 1834105

None of the log files after our new SLK key activation fit in the above situations.

Any idea?

We have found the reason. We have the same access rules for both professional and anlayzer allocations, and they have confict with each other.

Hello @luohda,

Thanks for posting.

Is quite odd that the professional ones are working and the analyzer ones no.

Could you share your license attributes from the serial number here - Manual LEF (qliktech.com)?

(DO NOT SHARE THE SLK)

Also, have you check the License logs? Does your server have proper connection to the License server of Qlik?

Cheers,

Albert

Hi Albert,

the attributes are:

I'm not sure if I've read the log file correctly, at least in the newest log (on 16.04.2023) it seems problem free.

Btw, we had this license before:

and then in Feb we've switched to the newest license.
