In QSEoW with a SLK and several professional, analyzer and analyzer capacity licenses, I have set up license allocation rules to allow certain users to use an analyzer license if any are available and if not, use analyzer capacity.
This works beautifully, right up until one or more of the analyzer license allocations become excluded (i.e. more allocated analyzer licenses than are available in the site license).
If the user logs in, it doesn't get an analyzer license allocated (expected behaviour, since it's excluded for him/her) but it doesn't seem to further evaluate the analyzer capacity license allocation rule (I would argue not expected behaviour).
Any brilliant insights/pointers as to what I could try to get this to work?
