Good Morning,
in our Sense Operations Monitor dashboard (Feb 2018 SR2 version), all values related to OS aren't showing:
In Log Details no errors at all:
Guess it's a user missing permission related issue but QS services are running with admin role.
Any ideas on how to solve it?
Thanks in advance.
Paolo.
Hello Paolo,
Please see the below and check if that solves the issue?
1. Check the default log folders "C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\Engine\Trace" and "C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Repository\Archived Logs\[FQDN]\Engine\Trace"
a. Looking for the Performance log file "[HOST]_Performance_Engine_[Time Stamp].log".
b. Open some of them and check there is relevant data inside.
2. If the Performance log is not found.
a. Check QMC-> Engines -> [relevant engine] -> Logging. Make sure the Performance log level is at "Info" or higher.
b. If you changed the logging level, "Apply" and manually restart the Engine service afterwards.
c. Once it is done, refer to step 1 to check for the log information.
Thanks
Tom Issac
UPDATE: taking a look at dashboard's code and querying Postgres "public" db views apparently related to those columns (public.view_performance_engine and public.view_session_engine) returns no data:

Hi Tom,
point 2b (and, especially, "manually") did the trick.
Thank you.
Paolo.
Hello Paolo,
Happy to hear the issue fixed.
Thanks
