Problem with code page(?) in browser, new user

Hi, qlikers!

Not sure that i'm choosing right part of the forum for that question, because i'm sure that this problem is in user desktop. So posting here. 

So as u can see, there is some trouble with symbols on qlik sense report control buttons. It appears in new joined user desktop.

i believe there was a note regarding this in the release notes of the last 2 versions regarding known bugs and workarounds - i recommend you download those and compare against your version
