Publish to managed space makes icon disappear

I'm using Qlik Sense Cloud

On a layout container I have a text+image and filter pane for visualization stacked.

In the text+image widget I placed a icon denoting the filter, so the filter widget looks nicer. See screenshot.

Now I realized, when publishing the app from the shared space (DEV) to the managed space (PROD), the icon disappears.

How can this happen? There is no way to modify the app in the managed space. Is this a bug? I tested this with recent browsers (Chrome, FireFox, Edge, Safari) - all show the same behaviour.

Hi Bean, maybe this is helpful to you.

Publishing an app to a managed space creates a copy of the app in the managed space, while the original app remains in the personal or shared space it was published from. The published app in the managed space cannot be downloaded or edited directly. To make changes, you need to modify the original app in the personal/shared space and republish it to the managed space.

When an app is published to a managed space, the app icon does not disappear from the original personal/shared space. The app remains there so you can continue working on it and republish updates to the managed space copy.
