QLIK license - missing 1 license allocation

Hi all, 

I am in a project where we should have 24 license to use. 

At this moment I only have 23 allocated, but I cannot allocated the 24th. 

Can anyone help me to check what is going on?

Hello @tnunes ,

Kindly contact our Customer Support team via chat and they will be able to check the # of available assignments by contacting the appropriate teams, if needed they will create a case to follow up.

Any chance that the license was recently deallocated and is still in quarantine?

Hello @tnunes ,

If using a SLK, kindly connect to the Licenses DB with PgAdmin and recheck the allocations tables, unsure none is allocated to a user similar to Aut0|xxxxx...

If that is the case, let us know here and we will provide further steps 🙂

Hi, 

I checked the licenses_assignments table and didn't find any user like that. 

I have there the 23 users. 

Is there any way to confirm the max number of assignments available for my license?
