QMC not loading

Hi All,

We are facing some performance issues with QlikSense Production environment. The QMC is going into not responding stage and also some time while users trying to open apps the visulisation are not loading i.e. apps taking longer time to open.

Also some times we are seeing http 500 error also while access QMC.

We are currently using QlikSense Nov 2019 version patch 4.

In our cluster we are using total 9 nodes. from those 9 nodes one central, 5 engines, 2 proxys and one scheduler.

Could you please let me know if you need more details.

This could be a recourse issue. 

Have you checked the memory and CPU usage when you have the issue?

Yes, it going till 80%
