QMC - status of the reload task is stuck

Having an issue with reloading apps through QMC, the status of the reload task is stuck in “Triggered” even after the reload finishes:

Restart services, specifically Engine and Scheduler. Will affect any user with current sessions in Sense.
If that does not help reboot server.

Hi,

Some times just a displaying problem, pressing F5 or closing explorer and opening again is solved.

 @anderseriksson unfortunately neither restarting the services nor rebooting the server solved the issue

Strange rebooting did not solve it. If it's not to much work I would configure a new task and delete the one that is stuck.

The task is not running on a different server than the one you rebooted?

@anderseriksson The task is running on the server that was rebooted and it’s not a scheduled task because we have the issue in DEV environment. We triggered the task manually through QMC using the “Reload now” button after selecting the app name in the Apps section:

I deleted the manually triggered reload task and started a new one but it didn’t change anything.
