Hello,
we are using Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows and we got some serious perfomance issues we could not resolve (till now).
Loading the Hub or QMC in the browser sometimes take > 10 seconds. Some times only 15, another time 60 or more.
In this time we see the grey background with the loading circle.
We can not reproduce the behavior. It just happens randomly.
Our system is only some month old and is on the may release with the 6th patch.
Usage is low at the moment (15 Apps with a Sum of 750MB data; max. 20 Users at the same time), because we are starting just now to publicate Qlik Sense.
Our site has enough hardware power, performance monitoring is telling us, the nodes get bored 😉
The hardware we use:
1x Central Node: 4 Cores, 8 GB RAM
2x Worker Noes: 12 Cores, 96 GB RAM
I tracked to loading process in my browser multiple times and some api calls take a huge amount of time:
QMC:
/api/ads/v1/AppDistributionStatus
/api/ads/v1/AppDistributionStatus/table
Hub:
(today I could not get a long loading time, maybe I can report later)
I already read the threads about performance improvement but we got a nearly fresh install with low traffic.
We only got some extra security rules (loading of /qrs/SystemRule/security/evaluatetransientresources takes only some hundred milliseconds).
It is not the performance of apps or worksheets. Just the plain loading of the hub or qmc. When the initial loading is done, everything is fine and fluent.
If you are not on Qlik Sense November 2023, I would suggest upgrading due to the engine has multiple improvements.

Thanks for the hint.
We will do the next release upgrade in january and report back here.
