We have an issue where our client authentication does not work. We get an error " You cannot access the selected hub because you have no access pass". We can confirm that the users have been allocated professional licenses and are able to open apps from the Hub but get that error when try authenticate from the QS Desktop.
This issue started after an upgrade to the February 2024 SR4.
All ports have been checked, we can Telnet to the server and the license has been synced recently.
What could be the issue? Is this a known issue?

Yes I have deleted old one and recreated, still get the same error. But users can authenticate when using a link from Qlik Saas not from On-Prem.
