Qlik SaaS - Make private a published sheet

I have an app in Qlik SaaS Personal Space and I am trying to delete a published sheet by making it private. Although I have made it with some published sheets in my app there are some others that are not providing this option by right-clicking on them. I can only copy, paste and duplicate them.

I noticed this bug for the published apps I uploaded to SaaS. I solved the issue by uploading non published apps to Qlik SaaS.

If this issue is not stemming from the upload process I suggest copy / pasting everything to a new app.

Hello Giannis, I have now tried to do so but I was able to first: make all the 6 example sheets I have created to public, and then to private with no issues. Do you know if the ones you cannot remove from public are the ones that were created from another user? Thank you!

Hello Patricia and thank you for the response.

The user who has created them was the owner of the app (I am the owner). The weird fact is that there are specific sheets with this behavior. And as far as I know, there is no custom privilege per sheet in Qlik SaaS like in Qlik Sense Enterprise.

Hello Giannis, no problem, you are very welcome. I have been doing some more testing and the only thing I could reproduce is that when you publish the app to a managed or shared space, then you are not able to change sheets to private back again. Are you making them private from your personal space or any shared or managed space? Thanks!
