We are trying to open ports/sockets in a very restricted local network for "Qlik DataTransfer" to be able to connect to the tenant site of our Qliksense SaaS.
Our network adminsitrators are trying to set permissions per IP, but they ask if the IP of the tenant URL can change from time to time?

I would recommend configuring the allow list for the domain name instead of IP. The reason is that the IP addresses of Qlik Cloud services rotate and can change at any time without notice, invalidating any access rules relying on them.
