Qlik Sense Hosting Service Provider?

I am looking for a customer for a Qlik Sense Hosting Service Provider.
An application is planned on which the users log in via the web - that means:
Ideally, the service provider should use User Managemant Service (login page / user handling).
 with offer. The customer brings his own licenses (BYOL)

Yes - but we are planning an application with 3. party extensions
