Qlik Sense May 2023 and nPrinting May 2021 Compatibility

Hello All,

We plan to upgrade Qlik Sense on the last version May 2023. I would like to know if it's necessary to upgrade NPrinting in the same time ? For the moment we use NPrinting May 2021 SR3 (21.14.7.0).

Is NPrinting May 2021 compatible with Qlik Sense May 2023 ?

Qlik NPrinting version May 2021 reached end of life for support on May 25, 2023 - refer to Qlik Support KB article Qlik NPrinting Product Lifecycle. So, I wouldn't suggest that you upgrade Qlik Sense and not also upgrade Qlik NPrinting to a supported version.

Please refer to the Qlik NPrinting Help entry System requirements for Qlik NPrinting Engine lists the compatible versions of Qlik Sense Enterprise Server.

Unless something has changed recently, it would be necessary to upgrade NPrinting.

You can find the specifics here, by adjusting the version in the top left corner. 2021 isn't even listed anymore, so I am guessing it doesn't support anything newer than May 2022 (that's the standard support cadence for Nprinting - once a new version is released, the previous version no longer supports new releases of Qlik Sense).
