Qlik Sense and publishing server to the internet

Hello

I'm working at the premises of one of our clients

I finalized everything regarding dashboard and we are using Qlik Sense 3.2

everything is working perfectly

However now the client published its server to the web and now they are getting the following error whenever they try to access the hub and or management console

please advise on what shall be done for this issue as I'm not into these details of Qlik sense
