Qlik Sense: how to conditionally load data (dependent on e.g. stream)

In Qlik Sense Server, I want to deploy the same app to different streams (for different customers), where apps load a subset of data.

I was thinking to lookup the stream-name and use that as a variable for partially loading data.

Please advice on the best way forward for loading data dependent on the stream where the app is published.
