Qlik Sense install does not listen on any ports
Installed Qlik Sense Server and the installation completes without error. Then tried to access the QMC but am unable to do so. Checked ports that are being listened on and port 443 and none of the Qlik standard ports are being listened on. Anybody have any ideas what could cause this scenario? I have checked log files but none of the log files indicate any errors.

did you check before installation all ports are open or not??
try stop all qliksense services . and check in command prompt that all port are open or not
use below command
netstat -an | find ":443"

Stopped all Qlik Sense services and ran the netstat command and received nothing in response. Looks as though port 443 is open.
