Qlik sense repository service not responding

Hi team,

We need your urgent support to get out of the issue. As one of our production server is not able to contact  to the central node .Which causes the job delay and it is impacting the business.

From our side we done all the checks. We restarted the services ,rebooted the services and made VM restoration with the help of Dxc team. But no luck we can't get the solution.

When we check the logs in the event viewer the error occurred is ERROR 300 which tells that need to reinstall the configuration or corruption happened.

Please take this priority

Thanks,

M Sreekanth Reddy

Hi @Msreekanthreddy1,

Suggest you start by reviewing the logs for the Qlik Sense Repository (QSR), by default located in %ProgramData%\Qlik\Sense\Log\Repository on the rim node that cannot contact the Central node.  Let us know if you have any specific questions about what you find in the logs.

Best Regards
