Hi all,
I installed for my customer QlikSense June 2018 and the Mobile App on his Iphone. In the QMC I created the authentication link and send this to my customers work email address. He opened the link from his telephone and see a button to enter his Qlik server environment.
After pressing the button, a screen pop's up. "you have to connect at least one time to QlikSense server".
We entered QlikSense from his laptop but if we use the app we get the same message. Also if we enter the DNS through his phone and works well. But still if he enter the app he get the message "you have to connect at least one time to QlikSense server".
I read a lot on the internet about Qlik Mobile but missing the handling with this message. What do I wrong?

Has anybody has a clue what I can do so fix this?
Found the solution myself.
I used https://servername.intern.local/hub/my/work for client authentication. I change this to the DNS qlik."customername".com and now it work fine.

I've met the same issue with this problem. When i click the server name which i added show the same error message with yours ("connect one time to QlikSense"), not pop out the login page
Wanna know more clearly with your solution , does it change to https://qlik.domainname.com ? or which server port have to open for app connection?
