QlikSense Repository taking up all the CPU

We have come across the issue where Repository is taking up all the available CPU on the server making QlikSense Enterprise slow or out in some of the cases. We have uplifted the server from 48 CPU to 64 CPU but still facing the issue.

Implemented the changes like maxpoolsize increase for postgreSQL connection etc but still issue is not resolved.

We are on February 2024 Patch 4. Has anyone else seen this issue in their system?

We also have ODAG (Dynamic View) application that gets used by 300 users at a given time with concurrency of 150.

Regards,
Jenil

It was showing general error but we found out the issue is due to 1 application taking up all the CPU. We had to re-write the load balancing rules to do application pinning.
