QlikSense Scabalibity tools problem to connect app header authentication

Hi everyone, I am trying to configure QScalability Tools with authentication with headers. I have created the virtual proxy and I have tested it (Header Editor Firefox), it works correctly. But when I try to connect with Scalability I get the following error.

Scalability tool will impersonate user called ExcerciserNN, where NN is an integer.

1. Confirm that you can find this user in Users list in QMC.
2. Once user is in list, validate that the user properly gets a license allocation. 
3. Confirm that user has access to the referred App ID, for example by publishing the app to Everyone stream.
