Qliksense Enterprise - Upgrade/Installer FAILED post May 2023 & Postgre SQL Upgrade

Hello All...

I am facing blocking issue which is same across all different environment. Last year when Postgre SQL Upgrade required I upgraded Qlik Environment for both Qlik Sense & Postgre where Repository Database services got separated from Qlik Services.

Now when I am trying to upgrade it any higher version of it ; upgrade fails with no specific error messages. Looking for help to resolve this blocker.

Error message like :

Can you right-click the installer and check properties and see if it is "blocked"? Unblock the installer if it is and try running it again as administrator.

Installer runs and fails at end ; its able to execute.

When you were upgrading the PostgreSQL database, did you install a standalone version of PostgreSQL. Did you use the QPI tool?

You need to confirm that there is either a PostgreSQL service or a Qlik Sense Repository Database Service, but not both.

Also, the log you are review is most likely not the correct one.
