The Qlik Sense Root Admin is not able to see Monitoring Apps (License Monitor and Operations Monitor)
Audit over Monitoring Apps says Root Admin has Read, Update, Publish and Delete permissions over the apps. But it is not appearing in the Monitoring Apps stream.
Hi Pradeep, monitoring apps are available into the hub part of Qlik Sense. It means that if you don't have any licence attached to the root admin, you can't see them.
I would suggest to create one user with rootadmin rigths which has also a licence allocated.
This way your "superuser" will be in measure to produce and in parrallel to monitor.
Hi,
I have a similar issue...
I have set myself as a rootadmin and have a license allocated to me..
I am unable to see the apps...
Am I missing anything else?
Thanks & Regards
Simy
Pradeep,
You probably messed something up with Roles assignments or Stream Access rules.
Just check if RootAdmin is included to the list:
Your RootAdmin user(s) should see the monitoring apps after that....

Yes that was it!
I had disabled an out of the box security rule and created my own! I had assumed it works well.. but clearly not.. lol
Thanks so much!
Simy
Glad to hear!
I would suggest always to keep the default Security Rules active and just add a new ones...
Please mark my answer above Correct or Helpful, if applicable.

Do you have more than one node? Qlik monitoring apps are only published to the central node., so you would have to go to central node hub directly to access monitoring apps.
How to enable monitoring Apps from RIM Nodes?
