SPC File - DbUsername - qliksenserepository or instance Super User?

Hello,

I am currently installing June 2019 version of Qlik Sense, using an AWS RDS as our database. I am performing a  silent installation and wanted to verify the correct user account that needs to go in the DbUserName tag in the spc.cfg file described here: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense/June2019/Subsystems/PlanningQlikSenseDeployments/Content/Sense_Dep...

Is this referring to the super user that was created when spinning up the AWS RDS instance, or it is referring to the qliksenserepository user that is created when manually configuring the database as mentioned here? https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense/June2019/Subsystems/PlanningQlikSenseDeployments/Content/Sense_Dep...
