Sense System Performance Analyzer doesn't get windows event log
Hi
For some reason we don't get windows event logs to Sense System Performance Analyzer. I have added below line to QlikCentralizedLogging.config, according to this page, restarted services, reloaded, but still we don't get windows event logs. Do you know what I have missed?
<add key="CentralizedLoggingPlatformEvents" value="System:1074,6013,36888,36874,2013,7031,4202|Application, Engine:300|Application, .NET Runtime:1026|Application, PostgreSQL:0|Application, Perflib: 1008" />
Best regards,
Susan

Hi Susan,
if you take a look at the event viewer on the server where you QS repository is installed, are you able to see a different description for those events?
My guess is that the application is reading the events exactly as they are on the event viewer and so, the issue should not be strictly related to the app itself.
Let me know if this helps,
Riccardo

Hi Riccardo
You are right! Windows event log gives same message. But what could be the reason for such messages?
I have added host all all ::/0 md5 to pg_hba and restarted services, according to article https://support.qlik.com/articles/000054940.
But it doesn't solve the issue.
Best regards,
Susan

Hi Susan,
unluckily I have no idea if it is possible to avoid those messages at all.
I would suggest showing us the complete message and/or looking at this thread: https://community.qlik.com/t5/Qlik-Sense-Deployment-Management/PostgreSQL-event-viewer-errors/m-p/15...
Hope this helps,
Riccardo

Hi Riccardo
The message is somehow similar as in the thread, but not same.
The different part in my message is:
The following information was included with the event:
LOG: could not receive data from client: An existing connection was forcible closed by the remote host.
It is info, not error. But it is really annoying to see this message from the windows log table in Sense System Performance Analyzer, because there are too many of it.
Best regards,
Susan
