Signed license key cannot activate Qlik Sense Enterprise

Dear Team,

                       When applying a Qlik Sense License Key to Qlik Sense Enterprise, the license cannot be activated.

An error is returned: there was an error that could not apply the license.

I have raised a question with Qlik Assistance, and they have provided a solved link from the community. I followed and checked that link and made some changes accordingly, but still I'm getting the same error. I could not reach out to license.qlikcloud.com.

Hello @swagatika_s 

  • Does your Qlik Sense machine have direct internet access?
  • Make sure all the Qlik Sense ports are opened.
  • Note that, SLK can only be applied when the internet is available and you must get the below error when you access "https://license.qlikcloud.com"
default backend - 404

You can check your License Tags or LEF details here.

If you are still not able to activate the License, contact Qlik Support
