Siteminder Issue with Qlik Sense Nov 2019

We are using QLik Sense Nov 2019. We are trying to use Siteminder with Qlik Sense for Authentication. We installed Siteminder  and followed the attached documentation to integrate with Qlik Sense . But after the  config Qlik Sense QMC nor hub comes up. So we had to restore the server from the previous snapshot.

Can anyone help how we can implement siteminder on Qlik Sense . We are using Windows 2016 Server

As per the Siteminder documentation, Qlik is working on port 1443 only locally on the server and I am able to access the URL . Not able to access the Qliksense URL from outside the server.
