Hey,
I have a few tasks that sometimes fail on the first reload with the error message "User abort" but the same task reloads fine on the second attempt. These are automatic task reloads, so usually I or nobody else touches the script unless the script is not working as expected. My task has a timeout at 40 minutes and the first reload with the error only lasted about 20 minutes and I am sure that nobody else actually manually aborted these reloads.
I didn't find any information regarding this issue. Can someone help or explain this? Thank you!
Example of the script:
2022-04-21T05.59 "field x"
2022-04-21T06.00 User Abort
2022-04-21T06.00 Execution Failed
2022-04-21T06.00 Execution Finished
Hi @PatrickS
Does the reload log give any more details?
I suspect that this could be a timeout issue. Can you please check the following articles:

Thanks for your quick reply!
It was indeed a timeout issue, but the log file only showed 20 minutes of logging info.I found out that in the log folder the log was created at 5.20am but the load was started at 5.40am.
