The "Add" operation failed - while trying to add Reload Task in QMC

Hello, community.

I am having a problem trying to add a reload task in  the QMC. The following message appears: 'The "Add" operation failed'

Does someone know what could be causing it?

For those who come across the same problem, apparently it was a permission issue. Honestly I cannot tell exactly which exact permission I didn't have before, but using an user with root rol it was possible to do what I wanted.
