Timeouts after 2:41 mins of inactivity

Hoping I can get a confirmation here.  We are set up on a reverse proxy (Windows forms auth) and after 2:41 min of inactivity, we are getting timed out.  I checked all of the timeout values in the qmc and they seem fine.  You can use Qlik without issues as long as you don't stop working.

It seems like we might need to include the proxy_set_header Connection "Upgrade"; line to our reverse proxy config file but I haven't gotten a chance to test that yet.

Has anyone experienced this?  Will the upgrade line fix the issue?  It seems weird that websockets work for 2:41 without an issue.

Hello,

1. Review the below and confirm all the settings on the Qlik Sense side are set appropriately.
2. You perform a har file trace using chrome and see what is timing out.
