Trying to access QlikCloud, one of my customer get that error "errorCode.-11"

Apparently this happens when there is a short connection issue with the tennant, which can happen from time to time. That at least is my conclusion as it stated right after "connection established"... to me that is a sign that the connection had been lost. A simple reload didthe trick for me.

Is this a new tenant or have they been able to login before?
Are all users affected?
It's a tenant that exists for several months.
The user is the only one that has that problem.

Does the user exist in the users section of the tenant?
Do they get to the login page or when does the error message pop up?
Perhaps have them try to login on another machine to try determine if the issue is with the user or the environment.
