Multiple users at my site are unable to access Qlik apps after logging in to Qlik Desktop.
Started happening today.
After entering login credentials... Instead of taking us to the Apps view it takes us to the Community Pages.
Happening on Qlik Sense Desktop Nov 2019 SP2 version and June 2019 versions. Local installs.
Your help would be much appreciated.
Could it be my subscription expired? I can't find any indication of that.
Thanks,
Dean
Seems serious
If I disconnect from the internet I can open the app hub and the apps, not ideal but at least I can get access to the apps
Can you open the hub in your browser directly?
Could it be firewall related?
Many users experience this issue. Qlik support has been contacted. http://localhost:4848/hub gives the error "Internal server failure".

Other users have reported that it is possible to bypass this issue if you open the qs desktop when offline.
You could try disconnect from the internet and open the desktop client.
When I try to load the Qlik Sense Desktop offline, it says it can't access the auth server, and when I press ok, it goes back to login screen. Is there a way to bypass this, or stay signed in somehow?
If you have access to a Qlik Sense Enterprise server then you can configure client authentication against your server and use this instead of qlik Account authentication.
If you do have a server and not set up client authentication yet then it is a good thing to do regardless of this desktop bug hence it will be neccesary for continue using QS Desktop for the majority of us after june 30 this year.
