User added sheets are missed from published apps

Hi,

I duplicated  a published  app. It appeared in the hub with the sign of a published app, and I couldn't edit it.
I had to duplicate it again. Not sure why it happens.. - any idea?

another question:

After publishing it, a user complained that sheets he added to the app are missing.

First, I was wondering whether only the user will see them, if he is not the owner.

Second, what might be the cause?

Thanks!

Firstly I would like to ask that you separate your various questions into separate items, so that you can get most accurate answers.

You can not edit published apps. You can only edit apps that are in your Work section.

Check in QMC to see if the user sheet exist or not for the specific app and users.

If you deleted the original application before publishing the edited one user added content is gone.
The content belongs to the published edition of the original application.
In order to preserve user content between versions of the application you must use the replace functionality when you publish.
This preserves the unique ID of the application that the user content is keyed to.

User created content is not copied when you do a copy of the application, only the base sheets, scripts and data model.
