Tokens are assigned to users, not groups.
You need three Analyzer tokens for those users.

Hi Anderseriksson,

then what is the link below describing  in Qlik Help website.

https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense/April2019/Subsystems/ManagementConsole/Content/Sense_QMC/login-acc...

Then , what is the purpose of using the token if I have analyzer access for individual user.

As , I got less analyzer access that why I want to introduce the concept of token and assign the group 2 token so that they can use from pool token pass .

That is the description of the older Token based licensing system with user access and login access.
You have the newer User based licensing system with Professional/Analyser access and that description does not apply to you.
With the older login access you did not assign tokens to groups either but you could limit the use of login access to certain users and there is where user groups can be handy to setup the login access rules.

So the ask if any user who is a member of the Qliksense_Distribution group should be eligible to be allocated an Analyzer access pass should they access Qlik? If so then this would be the route (QMC > Licenses > Analyzer Access Rules > New):

Hi LeviTurner ,

I have set the analyzer access rules like below. But , the question  is ,do I have to give individual analyzer access license to all the individual of that group ??

By setting the license analyzer access rule does it means the individual member of the group can access qliksense app without the individual anlyzer access allocation ??

Well, the rule is disabled. So it isn't active.

>> do I have to give individual analyzer access license to all the individual of that group ??

The point of the rule is to allocate an analyzer to any individual who is a member of that group after they access Qlik Sense for the first time.

No, it means that the individual who is a member of the group will be allocated an Analyzer license to their userid once they access Qlik Sense.

You can't allocate Analyzer Access to a group, only to individual users.
You can design an allocation rule using group membership but that is the only use of the group.
Your 3 users will need one Analyzer Access license each, any other member of
Qliksense_Distribution wanting access to Sense will need additional licenses.
Licenses are allocated to USERS not GROUPS, both past and present.

Pooled licenses between users were possible with token based Login Access.
Pooled licenses are possible with the new Sense Analyzer Capacity license but not sure how that works.
You get 6min chunks  of Analyzer Capacity pooled among users but it is a special license.
