Users access deallocation after "license" group removal in QlikSense

Hi,

I have a QlikSense user license rule to automatically allocate user access if user is a member of NT group.

After user is removed from the group, intention is to deallocate user access as well, but its not happening.

Could you please help, how this can be fixed?

Did you resolve this? I was planning to allocate tokens with a license rule like you.

Unfortunately no. Just left it as is and removing users manually if needed. It is a small instance though.

Given that a token is quarantined for 7 days after you deallocate it, I would expect it to become available automatically 7 days after the user is removed from the NT group. The user therefore *should* still appear in the QMC user list, but without a token. I hope.
