Users can't access to the hub

Hello,

I add tokens for users and secrity rules and i added them like user access but  they can't access to the application...

What I need to do

Hi,

verify that they can reach the server before with pinging the ip address of the server.

after that put the ip address of the server on the proxy whitelist (QMC => proxy...)

a screen shot or two may be useful...

1. Can the users actually access the hub?

2. Have the apps been published to a stream?

3. Can they see the stream?
