So, I'm using a UDC connected to my AD, but when I sync it, my user won't be added to the Users. Why not?

would you mind sharing a screen of your configurations?
I think that the issue could be related to the Sync user data for existing users flag (which is enabled by default and retrieves data only for the users that have already connected to the Qlik Sense Hub/QMC), but in order to be sure we should see what you have configured
